Approximately 90% of MORKOD's workforce consists of locally recruited staff residing in their respective countries, contributing to MORKOD's assistance programs closely aligned with the communities we serve. The remaining 10% comprises Internationally Mobile Staff, including specialized professionals and senior managers employed on fixed-term contracts for assignments in intervention countries. In line with our social mission, we engage professionals from diverse fields such as medicine, finance, logistics, IT, administration, human resources, communications, and other relevant domains.
